JESSICA L. SMITH

Jessica L. Smith is an associate of Alexander & Associates. Ms. Smith practices litigation, in the areas of employment and education law and workers’ compensation defense, representing clients in state and federal courts. Ms. Smith received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Miami, and her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she served on the Executive Committee for the Black Law Students Association. While in law school, Ms. Smith clerked for the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. Ms. Smith has extensive experience in advising institutions on employment and policy-related issues.

Ms. Smith is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia School Boards Association, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.
