LEON POMERANCE

Leon Pomerance currently is Of Counsel to Alexander & Associates.  Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1987, Mr. Pomerance has practiced law since 1969, specializing in business planning and litigation.  Mr. Pomerance worked as a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he prosecuted white collar, criminal cases.  In 1986, Mr. Pomerance won the Outstanding Attorney Award from the Tax Division of the Department of Justice.  Mr. Pomerance also served as an Estate Tax Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service.  Moreover, he has provided legal services to a major Georgia school district. Currently, Mr. Pomerance serves as an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School, teaching Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
