PAUL MENAIR

Paul Menair is Of Counsel to Alexander & Associates. Mr. Menair has a Ph.D. in history and teaching experience at the undergraduate level. After graduating from Georgia State University, Mr. Menair clerked for a United States District Court Judge, handling dispositive motions in federal court at the trial level.

After his clerkship, he entered private practice, focusing primarily on civil litigation in both state and federal courts, ranging from complex business, estate, and fiduciary disputes to tort and civil rights litigation. Although his practice has focused on litigation, Mr. Menair also has substantial transactional experience, including drafting and modifying trust and estate documents, contract drafting and review, and advising clients on fiduciary and corporate governance matters. Mr. Menair is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Florida, and New York.
