William J. Harvey
is an Associate with Alexander & Associates. He attended the University of Georgia where
he graduated with multiple degrees in Political Science and International
Business. He graduated from Emory University
School of Law in 2013. While in law
school, he was a member of the Lamar American Inn of Court, National Black Law
Students Association, and Phi Delta Phi.
Prior to graduating from law school, he interned at Urevo Music and
Media, Inc. and engaged in various entrepreneurial ventures.
Mr.
Harvey first joined Alexander & Associates as a Summer Associate during his
second year at Emory University School of Law.
Throughout his third year, he remained with the firm, working part-time
as a law clerk. Currently, he practices
in the areas of employment law, education law, transactional practice, administrative
law, and general civil litigation. Mr.
Harvey's legal experience includes handling general litigation and
administrative matters.
Mr.
Harvey is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and is admitted to practice in the
United States District for the Northern District of Georgia, the Court of
Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. In addition, he is a member of the American
Bar Association, the Gate City Bar Association, the Atlanta Chamber of
Commerce, and the National and Georgia School Boards Associations. Mr. Harvey also serves on the Board of Giving
in Action, Inc., a grassroots, faith-based organization that gives to those in
need.
